VICTOR YIP LL.B
(Hons) Victor Yip graduated from the National University of Singapore
in 1987 with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree. In 1998, he was admitted as
an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He is also a
Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. He is a member of various
professional bodies which include the Singapore Academy of Law, the Singapore
Institute of Arbitrators, the Singapore Institute of Directors and the International Trademark Association. He has represented clients in hearings before the State
Courts, High Court and Court of Appeal. He has also represented clients
before tribunals and in arbitration proceedings. His areas of practice
include intellectual property, civil and commercial litigation, criminal
litigation, conveyancing and real
estate, debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment law, family and
matrimonial law, vehicle & industrial accident claims (including personal
injury and workmen compensation claims), probate and administration of
estates (including drafting of Wills), landlord and tenant law. He is a director of Pacific Law Corporation. |
